NOTE:  Because Habitat International does not allow children 16 and under on a job site, the amount of opportunities to involve youth is limited. This annual event is a great way for church youth groups to volunteer and contribute to the Habitat Mission. Please help spread the word about this great opportunity to help the Partnership by printing up this flyer.  If you can participate, also print out the Pledge Form, and if a minor wishes to walk, this release & waiver.

  • 11/18/08: The excavation was done and the foundation has been poured. Once the backfilling is done next week, we can start building. • 10/21/08: We have the building permits from the city, three bids for the excavation and utility trenching, and three bids for the foundation and flat concrete work.  The basement should be excavated next week we can start framing within 3 to 4 weeks.

  • 9/26/08:  City of St. Charles Building Dept. should issue the permits within a few days.

  • The building permit for House 10 was submitted on July 14th.
